Today we had a experiment with lightbulbs. We had to see which lightbulb had more energy efficient. So we started with 70 degrees for the incandescent lightbulb (IDT) and 72 degrees for the CFL lightbulb. They both got hotter. IDT was the hottest at the time. Than, the CFL got cooler but brighter. CFL was the coolest. The CFL is the most energy efficient, it uses less watts.

When I first held Mrs. Peterson diploma I knew I had to go to college.
When I go to college I want to go to Cal State Berkeley. I will never use drugs in High School.

When I go to college I will be a defence in football. Will be a high school and college gradguet.

When I watched this movie I was touched. When I grow up I want to be a pro football player for the Chargers. Mostly I admired Danica Patrick because she is very brave and daring, plus she is the first women in NASCAR racing.

Today we had Pajama Day, and we had a parade in the school. We walk all around the classes of the school (except kinder garten.) Our class only had one boy wearing pajamas. I didn't feel like putting on pajamas and I forgot to put on pajamas. I saw a bay chick inside of a yellowish brown liquid. I felt bad if that chick was real. The funniest thing I saw was a man with a big bushy mustache.

The work I'm most proud of is my dragon, my folder, and my owl pellet report. I wish parents could've came because they would like my work that I done. I think my parents would've liked the Tangram stories because they could make something. I think they would like the lupines (mostly my mom) because they are flowers. I think they would really like the iPods because they could remember Oregon Trail, because they use to play that game when they were kids. They might also like AR tests because they give me points. That all I think they might be proud of.

People came to make a fortune in California.

Then there was so much money.
Then Marshel didn't have any money because of the Gold Rush.
Back then you could do whatever you want.

Later, some left and some stayed one more year to find more gold.
A lot died over there in California of sickness.
The China people hide their's and took it back home.
Then they made things out of it.
Some stayed and continued.
When the Native American came they all got killed.
Some people used a slave to do their own work for gold.
Then people needed help to find gold.
And now they are destroing their own land just for gold.
The 49s are so greedy from the Gold Rush.
It took 30 years to banned hydrolic mining.
That is all I have.

We disected an Owl Pellet (Owl throw up). At first we thought it was owl droppings. When we first measured our owl pellet it was 8 cm. long and 2 cm. wide. the pellet was black, brownish, and green. The first thing we saw fur, dirt, grass, and a piece of hay. We were all amazed.

After we opened the owl pellet we were fasanated at what we found. We found 121 bones. we found four skulls, so that means that our owl ate four animals. Doing these project was amazing. Our group got along really well.

Many people in China believe that the Tangram Fox is a myth but, it is real. Whenever he is in danger he transforms himself into a very large dragon of flames. All Tangram Foxes live up to 2,000,000,000,000 to 3,000,000,000,000 years. They roam the forests of Asia.

One day Nick Kang and Jimm Hernandez went walking to school. Right before they reached the school. Nick grew scales, a tail, large teeth, talons, and a crest.
"Uh......Nick are you ok?"
"My name isn't Nick it's Inferno Dragon!"
Inferno went to town and destroyed parts of the city. Soon Inferno was paid homage for rulling the city.
"One day I will rule the the world!"
Then he roamed the earth and almost destroied the earth and then he was paid homage.
TWENTY YEARS LATER
Inferno was ruler of the galaxy then technology has been enchanced. Jimm has made weapons. He was robot on the outside and he was prepaired for battle. He went were Inferno's lair was. He went to Inferno's room and he was behind 1,000 guards. He shot a missile and all the guards died now. He went to Inferno and he tied him with electricity cuffs and the world was saved.

Mrs.Shookoff came and she brought a tarantula, millipede, and a Madagascar Cockroach. She showed us the Exo skeleton of the taranchula. The millipede and the roach crawled on my hand.

Miss Rumphious by Barbra Cooney is about a lady who is guided by her grandfather. She was told to do three things go to far places, live by the shore, and make the world less ugly. Everywhere she goes she gains friends. At the end she injures her back and goes to her house and stays in bed and when she is healed she went up the hill. She saw the flowers.
That story made me want to help by not to throw trash in the ocean. And hurt any anilmals or plants.

My favorite sport in the Winter Olympics is bobsleding, I wonder if it is easy or hard. My favorite thing a the Winter Olympis are the mascots they are funny. The only thing that I don't like about the Winter Olympics is that the guy crashed and then died.

I went on a field trip with my class and another class to Torrey Pines State Reserve. I learned alot about plants and animals. I learned that the Indians can make lemonade from a plant, it's called the Lemonade Tree. Another plant that I learned about plant called a Yucca it was used for sewing clothing and the roots were eaten for food. Thirdly, the Wild Cucumber Plant was very large. Also, we saw a brave squirrel standing near us. Lastly, we learned about a plant called white sage it was used by the Indians for deorderint to hunt so the animals won't smell them.

Today I am writing a summary of what I learned about magnitism & electricity. First, magnitism is related with electricity in machines. Static electricity is electricity build up in clothes and other things. Magnitism can be made with a special rock and metal things. Also, lightning has negitive and positive matter inside of it. I wonder in the future people learn how to combine the two.
